Dear Doo doo diary,

I’m sorry I’ve not written last week. I even had some great pictures but I don’t have time to download them from my digital camera today. I’m writing in to let you know that things are going good with the colon. Doo doo is nice, dark and firm and rather long. I am still wondering if taking in fiber from a different brand would have the same results.

Drinking lots of water is also good. I haven’t even had time to exercise last week but I will attempt to do so this week and hopefully I can lose some weight as well. Not sure if this colonix product helps in reducing weight although it says that a clean colon is a good way to start. We’ll see.
