What I’ve notice since using Dr. Natura’s Colonix and Paranil

Pull my finger…Well my month of using Dr. Natura’s Colonix and Paranil is almost over. Yes, the packaging says to use the product for 2 – 3 months but today I want to discuss one of the things I’ve noticed since I’ve started taking Colonix and Paranil.

I think one of the most interesting things that has happened since going on the Dr. Natura products is that I have fewer instances of flatulence, gas and bloating. I didn’t notice it until I was thinking about it today. I used to get quite gassy after just about every meal. So much so that it was uncomfortable. My regular jeans became tight fitting for a while and I’d have to run off to let the gas out. Lately though, after being on Colonix and Paranil, the flatulence and gas hasn’t been as bad as it used to be. No, I still have gas on occasion, but it isn’t as frequent as it used to be. I used to take Tums or Rolaids or some other antacids and even some anti-gas medications to help me out.

So perhaps a higher fiber diet can help you if you are have flatulence or are constantly gassy.

What’s in Dr. Natura’s Paranil pills?

Bugs! Damn Bugs!So today my friend asked me what the heck were those green pills I was taking. To be honest I hadn’t a clue what was in them. Dr. Natura’s Paranil pills are made from 18 high-quality herbs and its made with non-gmo ingredients.

What surprised me was that these herbs are used to eliminate parasites such as intestinal worms and their eggs which may live inside the colon and other parts of the body. The pills help to expell these parasites and helps to clear eggs and even hatching larvae. I’m assuming it does this exclusively with the herbs and this is why they want you to take this before Colonix on an empty stomach.

I’ll admit that I don’t like the smell of these pills but since all I have to do is swallow them with water in the morning, it’s not TOO bad. 4 tablets seems like a lot but it’s actually not bad. Dr. Natura suggests that you continue Paranil for 2-3 months… I’m almost done with my first month so we’ll see how this goes.

Using KleriTea Herbal Tea for regularity and detoxification

Last night I did something I’ve been neglicting to do. Dr. Natura’s Colonix comes not only with the Colonix product and Paranil pills, but it also comes with a Herbal Tea called KleriTea. KleriTea is used for regularity and detoxification. I’m supposed to take this at night before going to bed.

Tea time!

Dr. Natura’s KleriTea is a combination of 12 specially selected herbs that is said to assist the body in the detoxification process while restoring normal bowel function and regularity. Hey, can’t argue with that! KleriTea contains no caffines so there is no stimulant in there to keep you awake at night if you drink this Tea.

While i’m not totally sure how the tea works, let me just point out that maybe 30 minutes after taking the tea, I had to use the bathroom and it indeed did help me last night as I felt a bit constipated since I had taking the Paranil after the Colonix in the morning.

I’ll continue to take the tea and night and document my progress with Dr. Natura’s KleriTea.

What happens when you take Paranil AFTER you’ve taken the Colonix?

Well i’ve been doing a little experiment with the Dr. Natura Colonix product. The instructions tell me to take four of the Paranil pills on an empty stomach with 8oz of water and then wait 15 minutes before taking the Colonix product.

I’m pretty lazy in the morning and I always forget to take the Paranil first. I don’t usually have time to wait 15 minutes for the Paranil to kick in either. I end up putting the Colonix in my grape juice and taking it all in along with my breakfast. I then take the four of the Paranil with 8 oz of water.

While there isn’t any harmful side effects to taking the Colonix and the Paranil in this way, I do notice that my bowel movements aren’t as large or easy when I do it this way. I have to assume that by taking it the way you are instructed to do so is the way to go. I’ll try this week to remember to take the Paranil first and then the Colonix and then see how it goes.

How to beat constipation and IBS

Are you constipated? I used to be sometimes and I’d wonder why. Then one day I’m constipated, the next day I have the runs. Nothing about my bowel movement was really regular. I’ve been noticing this change as I’ve taken Dr. Natura’s Colonix over the past month. I’ve notice that my need to have a bowel movement has changed from maybe 4-5 times a day to 2-3 normal times a day.

Using  Colonix has helped me to get regular. By using the Dr. Natura Colonix colon cleaner and detoxifier I feel better and most of my problems with regularity have gone away. While I don’t think I had parasites or high toxins or chemicals in my body, I feel it’s better safe than sorry and highly recommend giving this product a try. After I am done with this I will try another product and see what the results are like.

Can you get more energy from a high fiber diet with Colonix?

I’m not gonna say that there is scientific proof about any of this but the other week I attempted to go running and I felt I did quite well! I hadn’t gone running for the whole month of December since it was such a busy month. I went running twice and had an easy time recovering the next day with little or no pain. I’ll attempt to run every day if possible this week and see if there is a difference with Colonix.

Will taking Colonix and Paranil help your workout?

I’ve been running this week and I must say that Colonix and Paranil help me. I hate going for a run and feeling like I have to use the toilet. I don’t usually go running in my neighborhood because there is just no flat ground to run on, so I always drive somewhere… usually a beach or a nearby park. I try to empty my bowels before I go running because no one wants to take a crap at the public restroom at the beach or park right?

Well it used to take me a while to pass a bowel, especially right after work and before I go running. I’d end up on the toilet with a magazine to read and just sit there hoping something would come out. While Colonix won’t solve this problem for good it does help because the of fiber. What used to take sometimes 20 minutes now takes about 10 at the most.

Does Colonix Boost your Energy Level?

Dear Doo doo diary,

While this isn’t a scientificly done analysis I’d have to say “I THINK” it helps. Usually, if I haven’t gone running for a while my legs and sometimes my entire body get sore. But after not running for the whole month of December and starting out again in January, I haven’t had much pain at all. Now i’m not certain if it’s because of Colonix or not so Your mileage May Vary. I do notice that I’m not as tired but I’m still getting a work out and I’m not in as much pain the next day. We’ll see if this keeps up.

Colonix Back on Track

Dear Doo Doo Diary,

I’m back on track with the 4 capsules of Paranil and one scoop of Colonix. I also decided to start eating a bit healthier. I had a salad for Dinner tonight. Maybe that might be too much fiber though. We’ll see. I’m back to regular bowel movements all because of Colonix.

Went running this evening to see if I can shed some of this holiday season weight. Supposedly Colonix is good for losing weight as well since it helps clean your intestines and colon and allows everything to come out.

Can you buy Colonix separately?

Dear doo doo diary,

Someone asked me if you can buy Colonix separately from the pills. I believe you can but why would you? Just buy the set as its a nice package. You will get maximum benefit from the Colonix by using it with the paranil. My girlfriend is using a product called colon cleanse which makes you take 2 tablets 3 times a day. With Colonix you only need to take it once a day which is infinitely better in my opinion.

I tend to forget to take Colonix on the weekends so today I’ll be taking it after I’m done writing this blog entry. Because I didn’t take it yesterday, I think I was irregular and my stools were a bit soft. I’m hoping for better results today.
