Happy New Year! 2006 went by too quickly! Let’s have a great 2007! I skipped 2 days of Colonix because things got too busy and I didn’t get to eat breakfast. I’ll start taking it again today when I get up in the morning. Getting back on track will be the goal for the first month for me. I need to start running consistently again as well.
