Dear Doodoo Diary,

Well this is my first day using the colon cleansing product from Dr. Natura called Colonix.

I got up this morning and as instructed, I took the two pills called Paranil and a tall glass of water. 15 minutes later I mixed some of the Colonix into my grape juice and drank it. I then had breakfast. I didn’t notice anything at first but soon after eating it was time to use the bathroom which is my normal routine.

So far i haven’t noticed anything interesting except for the fact that I had the runs for a bit today and that this product makes you feel like taking a crap… and I took about 2 more craps today. Sorry no pics today, but maybe tomorrow.

I’ll try the tea tonight before I go to bed. I guess I’ll have to boil some water to get this thing to work.
