Can Dr. Natura’s Colonix help my Diverticulitis?

Here’s a secret: I suffer from diverticulitis. What is diverticulitis? In the intestestines, there are small pouches that develop and bulge outward especially in the colon. They are called diverticulum. When the pouches become infected or inflamed the condition is called diverticulitis. This is usually caused by pressure in the colon usually because of constipation.

The way I avoid having this problem is by avoiding small seeds and nuts such as popcorn, suiinflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds too. This is because these type of foods can block or irritate the diverticula in the colon.

So what does this have to do with Dr. Natura’s Colonix and Paranil? Well for one thing, the treatment for diverticulitis is a  increasing the amount of fiber in your diet. Increasing the amount of fiber can reduce symptoms of diverticulosis and prevent complications such as diverticulitis. By taking in more fiber, you’ll keep your stools soft and it lowers the pressure inside your colon so that the bowels can move through easily. The American Dietetic Association recommends at least 20 to 35 grams of fiber each day. Well Dr. Natura’s Colonix and Paranil program has that and more!

Taking Colonix has helped me put the right amount of fiber in by diet and helped aleve the symptoms of diverticulitis.
